Pairing: Game, rice dishes, oily fish and puddings.

Aster Finca El Otero

Grape: 100% Tinta del País.
Appearance: Picota cherry red, intense pigmentation, with intense pink on the edges of the glass.
Aroma: Very high intense aroma, ripe berries in the first assault on the nose and which, after a gentle swirling of the glass, releases fine toasted aromas, of toffee and caramel, together with other spicier notes.
Taste: Powerful, balanced, with pleasant minerality and emphatic tannins, sweet, from meticulous work on the lees which gives it a notable silkiness.
Pairing: Iberian cold cuts, stews, red meats and cheese.
Serving temperature: 18ºC.
