Taste: Full-bodied, with generous notes of dried and fresh fruits softened with others of honey and toast-coloured, with a long and intense finish and a harmonious balance.
Pairing: an exceptional champagne demands exceptional products such as hot oysters, sea urchins, crab or a spoonful of caviar. It is also ideal as an aperitif.
